There's lack of control of how many non-residents are using the pool amenities so be prepared for the Only Fan residents and their posse to take over on weekends and major holidays. The cabinets and finishes are the same as my previous unit and current unit and both units were/are half the price, not worth the nearly $3k for a 1 bdrm that lacks quality, storage, and efficiency in design. The fridge is your basic small size fridge, not even a double door, no gas cooking ranges, plastic toilet paper holders, wire shelving, no bar rods in the closets, no ceiling fan/lighting in the bedroom (you're expected to bring your own), and a tiny towel rod in the bathroom even though the wall space was ample. Like many corporate developers in Miami they can get away with this and take advantage of people coming from third world countries calling it "luxury." If you've lived in any other major city in the US this would not meet luxury standards.
There is not anything luxury about the finishes or the details of the units or the amenities. My first gripe is that they label this property luxury. My review is more of a reflection of the corporate powers that be and upper management that dictate (or not) what's happening at Miro, not the lower level staff who manage the day to day, who have little power and influence in these matters.
